KeyMaster Locksmith & Security was founded in 2008 by Marcus Webb out of a single van and a conviction that Phoenix deserved a locksmith who showed up on time, charged what they quoted, and treated every customer with respect. Marcus had been a licensed locksmith for six years and had watched too many competitors use bait-and-switch pricing and unlicensed technicians.
The first three years were just Marcus and his van, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Word spread fast. By 2011, he brought on two additional technicians. By 2015, KeyMaster had five trucks running across Phoenix, Scottsdale, and Tempe. Today the team numbers twelve licensed, background-checked technicians covering the entire Valley.
Every technician at KeyMaster carries their Arizona state license and passes a background check before their first day. Every job gets a flat-rate quote before work begins. Every call is answered by a live dispatcher - not a call center, not an answering machine.
Marcus still takes calls most Saturday mornings. He says the day he stops being reachable to customers is the day KeyMaster loses what makes it different.
